GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO STRICTLY OBSERVE THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS:
ARRIVAL PROCEDURE (CHECK-IN)
Entrance to the Chalet is mandatory from 3:00 pm. For logistical reasons, it is not possible to log in before the indicated time, we kindly ask you not to repeatedly request the request for early entry.
DEPARTURE PROCEDURE (CHECK-OUT)
Leaving the housing unit must be done no later than 10:00 am.
GUESTS ALLOWED
A maximum of 8 people can stay inside the housing unit. Visitors are not allowed without our prior authorization. Parties or social gatherings that include visitors are not permitted unless agreed in advance with the owners. An event fee may apply. If irregularities are found, additional costs are foreseen.
CLEANING AND DECORATION
Guests are requested not to leave garbage around the housing unit and at the end of the stay, separate and throw away the garbage, avoiding leaving it inside.
Your privacy
All personal information is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties. We will never sell your email address or any other information you give us.
Respect the community and the territory
Guests must respect nature, the landscape and their neighbors.
NOISES
Guests must respect the silence between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am and avoid noise between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm.
DAMAGES
We take pride in the furnishings and decoration of our Chalet and would not want to have them replaced or repaired due to damage caused by one of our guests. Guests will be held responsible for any damage and replacement / repair costs will be charged to the credit card on file. Please report any problems to us as soon as possible.
THEFT
The management is not responsible for personal items left unattended in the housing unit.
Pets
As much as we love our four-legged friends, we do not accept pets in our chalet.
CAR AND MOTORCYCLE PARKING
All vehicles must be parked correctly in the dedicated spaces.
SMOKING PROHIBITED
All interior spaces of the Chalet are 100% non-smoking. This also includes the use of electronic cigarettes.
IT IS FORBIDDEN TO ENTER WITH SHOES
The floor of the Chalet is made of prestigious local red Larch and is very delicate, so it is not allowed to move inside the Chalet with shoes. Upon arrival, you will find disposable slippers made available.
FOOD AND BEVERAGES
It is necessary to consume meals and snacks only in the dedicated areas, with the use of the tablecloths made available.
All drinks, food and personal care products (even if sealed) must be removed from the Chalet before departure.
USE OF CANDLES
Unattended candles are dangerous and could cause fires or significant damage to the Chalet. Lighted candles are therefore not allowed either inside or outside the Chalet.
