We are nature lovers who have decided to tackle a challenging recovery project that transforms the existing building (Tabià) into a holiday home for mountain enthusiasts.

The renovation of this building, once used as a stable and barn, becomes an opportunity to reinvent, in a contemporary way, a building strongly linked to the local agricultural tradition.

Born from the passion and attention to detail, a splendid chalet in wood and glass perfectly set in the landscape, on the edge of the forest full of intense perfumes and colors.

Located in S. Stefano di Cadore, the pearl of Comelico and the northernmost part of Cadore, the Chalet Tabià Stelo Fiorito is located at 908 meters above sea level, surrounded by the beautiful and characteristic mountains of the eastern Alps.

Tabià is the perfect refuge to appreciate the value of time and relax, surrounded by the scent of larch and fir trees, immersed in the unspoiled nature of the Dolomites and the calm of the Piave.

With the aim of respecting the character of the building, a clean and contemporary approach to the renovation has been adopted: in line with the desire to maintain the fragile balance and coherence between the vernacular tradition and the contemporary character, details have been reworked that they give an abstract and neutral character to the building.

The eco-conscious design incorporates refined natural materials and lends organic beauty to the interior, while the large windows invite the light and surrounding mountain landscapes inside. Each part of the Chalet incorporates an intelligent life (home automation) with innovative technological features.
